Pattern Energy is thrilled to officially announce the start of construction for the largest wind farm in New Mexico’s history — along with a 154-mile transmission line that will connect that wind power to Western United States energy markets — Western Spirit.

In lieu of an in-person ceremony, state leaders, members of the Western Spirit project team, and other New Mexico leaders joined together virtually on Wednesday, January 13th, to celebrate this important and historic milestone for New Mexico and its future. If you were unable to join us live, please follow this link to view the ceremony.
